Leaders are defined as individuals with integrated and multidimensional plans who have intellectual depth. Since 99% of people operate with daily routines, they unintentionally follow these leaders. While guiding the societies they are in, these leaders often have an impact on issues that concern the society and humanity as a whole, as powerful as the power of a butterfly's wings. The transformation of this power into large winds that will affect climates depends on strategic touches made at the right time and place. Unlike traditional think tanks, IQI brings together professionals with experience in business and academia on SPQR to form working groups.
All activities carried out by these working groups are considered and designed as integrated, solid-based, systematic approaches that have spread to relevant stakeholders, are measurable, and create value. The outcome declarations created at the end of the work are shared with local and national media together with all relevant stakeholders, thus maximizing the value creation multiplier.
In addition to these working groups, IQI forwards the reports of individuals and groups who identify problems for their region, country, or the world and produce solutions to these problems to the relevant public institutions. Thus, it ensures that these institutions are open, transparent, and accountable to the public. By designing the 'Public Whistleblowing' infrastructure on SPQR, IQI helps people contribute to the society they are in.
